Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to run our workshops, the Builder Hub and our services, we never sell your data, and you can ask us to see, correct or delete it at any time.
1. Who we are
PROVIDETECH AI ASSISTANCE ("PROVIDETECH", "we", "us") is a Philippine business offering AI-powered business systems, automation and training. We are responsible for the personal information you give us through this website. We follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.

2. What we collect

3. Why we use it
- To reserve your seat, confirm your payment and send your Zoom link, reminders and receipts.
- To create and manage your Builder Hub account and show your progress and points.
- To answer your inquiries and, if you ask us to, prepare proposals.
- To process refunds and keep the financial records the law requires.
- To keep the website and community safe (for example, removing spam or abuse).
Our legal bases are: carrying out the service you signed up for, complying with legal obligations (such as tax and accounting rules), and our legitimate interest in running and securing our services. We will only send marketing messages if you agree to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.
4. Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run PROVIDETECH, and only what they need:
- PayMongo (Philippines): processes payments.
- Supabase (database hosting, servers in Singapore): stores reservations, inquiries and Builder Hub accounts.
- Google (Gmail): sends our emails.
- Zoom: hosts the live workshops you join.
- Vimeo / YouTube: play the recorded videos inside the Builder Hub.
- Vercel: hosts this website.
Some of these providers store data outside the Philippines. We use providers with strong security practices. We may also disclose information when required by law or a lawful order.
5. How long we keep it
- Reservations and payment records: up to 5 years, for accounting and tax purposes.
- Inquiries: up to 2 years after our last contact, unless you become a client.
- Builder Hub accounts: while your membership is active and up to 1 year after it ends, then deleted unless you renew.
6. How we protect it
Your data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to our database is limited by strict access rules, admin accounts are password-protected, and payment details are handled only by PayMongo. Password links we email are one-time and expire. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affecting you ever happens, we will notify you and the National Privacy Commission as the law requires.
7. Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed, to access your data, to object, to have it corrected, erased or blocked, to data portability, and to claim damages. To use any of these rights, email providetechaiassistance@gmail.com. We reply within 15 working days. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you may file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
8. Children
Our workshops and the Builder Hub are for adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to reserve for you.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we'll email Builder Hub members about important changes.
