Terms of Service
These terms apply when you reserve a PROVIDETECH workshop seat, buy the PROVIDETECH Builder Hub, or use this website. By ticking "I agree" at checkout, you accept them.
1. About us
This website is run by PROVIDETECH AI ASSISTANCE, a business in the Philippines. Contact: providetechaiassistance@gmail.com.
2. Reserving a seat
- Your seat is held for 1 hour while you complete payment. If payment isn't completed in that time, the seat may be released to someone else.
- Your seat is confirmed only once payment is received. We then email your Zoom link and workshop details.
- Please give a correct email address and mobile number; we use them to send your access details.
- Each seat is for one person. Please don't share your Zoom link or your Builder Hub login.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are in Philippine pesos (₱) and are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, PayMongo (GCash, credit/debit card, QR Ph). PayMongo emails your receipt.
- Limited-time prices and add-on offers are only valid while shown on the checkout page.
4. 7-day money-back guarantee
- If the workshop isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. Message us from the website or email providetechaiassistance@gmail.com with the name and email you booked with.
- Refunds go back through the original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days after we approve them, depending on the payment provider.
- If you bought the Builder Hub with your seat, the refund covers both, and your Builder Hub access ends.
5. Schedule changes
- If we need to move or cancel a batch, we'll tell you by email and offer a seat in another batch or a full refund, whichever you choose.
- If you can't attend your batch, contact us before it starts and we'll try to move you to a later batch, subject to available seats.
6. PROVIDETECH Builder Hub
- The Builder Hub is an online members' area with recordings, lessons, prompts and a community. Access lasts for the period shown at checkout (currently 12 months) from the day your payment is confirmed.
- Content is added and updated over time. Sections marked "coming soon" are plans, not promises of a specific date.
- Your login is personal. We may suspend accounts that are shared, resold or used to copy content in bulk.
7. Community rules
Be kind, be helpful and stay on topic. Don't post spam, ads you weren't invited to post, illegal content, harassment, or other people's private information. You're responsible for what you post. We may hide or remove posts and suspend accounts that break these rules. You keep ownership of what you post, and you allow us to display it to other members inside the hub.
8. Recordings and materials
Workshops may be recorded so members can watch the replays. Workshop materials, recordings, lessons and prompts belong to PROVIDETECH and are for your own personal or business use. Please don't resell, republish or share them publicly. What you build for your own business using what you learn is yours.
9. No guaranteed results
We teach practical skills and share real examples, but results depend on your business, effort and circumstances. We don't guarantee specific income, savings or outcomes. AI tools can make mistakes, so always review what they produce before you rely on it.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, PROVIDETECH is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the workshops, the Builder Hub or this website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines.
11. Privacy
How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version shown at checkout when you pay applies to your purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
